POLICIES

All customers hereby acknowledge that no delivery signature is required and STRAYE cannot be held responsible for the security and safety of the delivery location of packages. Please refer to the “Lost Packages” section below.

Please allow up to 7 days for processing and dispatching your shipment, up to 14 days when we are running large promotions or during peak holiday periods. This is an ESTIMATE only and does not include order processing time, which may take several business days. We’ll do everything we can to ensure a speedy delivery, but delivery dates are not guaranteed at this time. Additionally, STRAYE does not process orders over the weekend or holidays.

Box / No-Box Information

STRAYE offers conditional FedEx Free Shipping in the U.S. on NO-BOX orders $30.00 and over that contain non-sale footwear items. If your order contains all sale and/or non-footwear items, or if you are requesting individual STRAYE shoe boxes, the shipping fee is $10.00. Free shipping is offered on Mystery and Sale items if combined with non-sale footwear items, and no STRAYE shoe box is requested.

International Shipping

STRAYE DOES NOT SHIP TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES. Please refer to list of COUNTRIES in the main menu to choose the nearest online retailer. STRAYE does not serve PO Boxes or Military APO, FPO and DPO destinations.

Inventory Issues

We try to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, but if the merchandise you ordered ends up being out of stock, your order will most likely be partially or fully cancelled and refunded, and you will receive an email notification of this.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, if you have provided the correct email. If you do not receive your tracking number, log in to your account and check if your email address is incorrect. You may also see your tracking information online in your account.

Invalid Tracking Numbers

This usually happens during the time that the warehouse sends a confirmation to the warehouse that the order has been shipped. Once a tracking number is established with FedEx, they actually need to scan the label for the tracking number to begin working. If you get this message trying to track your package, try again the next day and it should work then.

Returned To Sender Packages

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to STRAYE by the carrier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of the merchandise, excluding any shipping fees.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse your shipment from STRAYE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges on the package (both original and return shipments), plus the cost of returning the package to STRAYE.

Lost Packages

STRAYE ships to the address entered and does not require a signature. We cannot guarantee the security of the delivery point. If the shipment shows delivered to the correct location, and the package is missing or stolen, STRAYE cannot be held responsible. Customers may choose to ship to a local FedEx store for a more secure option. Please note that in the event of a lost or stolen package that shows delivered, STRAYE will initiate a FedEx claim on behalf of the customer, however we cannot guarantee the outcome. Claims take 10-14 days to process.

Order Changes

STRAYE tries to ship orders as fast as possible. In the even that you need to make a change to an order, including sizes, styles or addresses, STRAYE requests that you contact us immediately to cancel your order before it ships so you can place a new order. That way there will be a better chance that the product you want is still in stock. Once the order is sent to the warehouse for processing, we can no longer make changes to this order. Please contact customer service and see if this is possible.

Return Policy

NO REFUNDS ON SALES & DISCOUNTED OFFERS. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Returnable items must be unworn and resellable, so try items on immediately indoors and make your decision carefully. Items must be returned strictly within 30 days after your order was placed. Outside of this time frame, your return will only be accepted at our discretion.

If the items are in original condition, and accepted, a full refund for the price of the product will be issued to your original method of payment, excluding an $8.00 per return processing fee. Again, refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. STRAYE will cover the cost of the return shipping back to our warehouse. Returns sent back without official STRAYE authorization will be considered as unauthorized returns and will not be acknowledged by our warehouse.

DISCOUNT CODES

All sale items cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount code, or be applied to a previous order. Discount codes cannot be stacked with other discount codes in the same order placed.

Exchanges

Technically, STRAYE does not perform exchanges. After you receive return authorization, and your return is approved and processed, we will refund your original order excluding our original shipping fees. You may then place a new order for your desired style or size, if it is available.
