SHIPPING

• Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), sometimes longer during large promotions.
• Shipping rates and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.
• Orders cannot be changed or canceled once fulfillment begins or a shipping label is created.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
• Packages returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim may be subject to additional shipping charges.
• SHIP SAFE is optional package protection. Without SHIP SAFE, packages reported lost or stolen after the carrier records delivery are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
• Freight forwarder orders are Final Sale. STRAYE is not responsible for loss, damage, or delivery issues after delivery to the forwarding service.
