Track your order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. That link is the most accurate way to follow your package. Tracking updates once the carrier scans the package. This can take up to 24–48 hours after shipment.

  • Tracking numbers are created when your label is generated.
  • Carrier scans may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
  • Updates come directly from the carrier (UPS, DHL, FedEx).

Haven’t received tracking?

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Make sure the email used at checkout is correct.
  • During sales or peak periods, processing may take longer.

Still need help?

Email service@straye.com with:

  • Your order number (ex: #12345)
  • The email used at checkout
  • Your shipping ZIP / postal code

Note: Tracking may take 24 hours to show movement after a label is created.
