International orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped within 10 days of approval.
- Items must be unworn, include all original tags, and be returned with the original shoe box inside a protective shipping box.
- Eligible full-price U.S. orders receive one free size exchange. Domestic refunds are subject to a $10 return label fee.
- If STRAYE ships the wrong item or confirms a manufacturing defect, we will provide an appropriate remedy at our sole discretion.
