Below is everything you need to know about how STRAYE ships orders, including processing times, fees, and what to expect for domestic and international deliveries.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.
Orders may be updated within 24 hours of placement if fulfillment has not begun and a shipping label has not been created.
Once a shipping label is created, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. STRAYE cannot reroute shipments once they are in transit.
If a package is returned to STRAYE by the carrier due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the shipment, or any other delivery issue not caused by STRAYE, the order will be refunded once received and processed by our warehouse.
Original shipping charges, shipping protection fees, duties, taxes, and any carrier return fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Returned shipments will not be reshipped. Customers wishing to receive the item must place a new order.

Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
STRAYE ships using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model, meaning import duties and taxes are paid upfront during checkout.
Customers are not expected to pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery.
Duties, VAT, shipping charges, and related fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
STRAYE ships to most countries worldwide via DHL Express.
If a country is unavailable at checkout, it is not currently supported.
Orders shipped to freight forwarders or reshipping services are accepted; however, STRAYE's responsibility ends once the package is delivered to the forwarding address.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the recorded delivery date.
Orders placed with SHIP SAFE protection are eligible for expedited claim review and resolution.
Orders without SHIP SAFE protection may be subject to carrier investigation and are not guaranteed for refund, replacement, or store credit once marked as delivered.
Orders shipped to freight forwarders or reshipping services are final sale.
Responsibility transfers once the shipment is delivered to the forwarding address.
Lost, stolen, missing, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered packages occurring after delivery to the forwarding address are not the responsibility of STRAYE.
SHIP SAFE protection is automatically void once a package is delivered to a freight forwarding or reshipping facility.
