Below is everything you need to know about how STRAYE ships orders — including processing times, fees, and what to expect for domestic and international deliveries.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping times

  • U.S.: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International (DHL Express): typically 3–7 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.

Order changes

Orders may be updated within 24 hours of placement if a shipping label has not been created.

Once a label is created, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. STRAYE cannot reroute shipments once they are in transit.

International orders

Duties & taxes

Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

STRAYE ships using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model, meaning all import costs are paid upfront at checkout.

Customers are not expected to pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery.

Duties, VAT, shipping, and related fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

International restrictions

  • International exchanges are not available
  • Sale items may not be available for international purchase

Shipping availability

STRAYE ships to most countries worldwide via DHL Express.

If a country is unavailable at checkout, it is not currently supported. Freight forwarder addresses are not supported

Lost or stolen packages

If your package is lost or stolen, STRAYE will assist in opening a carrier investigation.

Orders placed with SHIP SAFE protection are eligible for faster resolution and replacement or store credit.

Orders without SHIP SAFE protection are subject to carrier investigation and are not guaranteed for refund or replacement once marked as delivered.

SHIP SAFE protection

  • Coverage up to $200 USD
  • Claims issued as store credit
  • Does not apply to freight-forwarded orders

Freight forwarders

Orders shipped to freight forwarders or reshipping services are final sale.

Responsibility transfers once delivered to the forwarding address.
