- Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), sometimes longer during large promotions.
- Shipping rates and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once fulfillment begins or a shipping label is created.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Packages returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim may be subject to additional shipping charges.
- SHIP SAFE is optional package protection. Without SHIP SAFE, packages reported lost or stolen after the carrier records delivery are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
- Freight forwarder orders are Final Sale. STRAYE is not responsible for loss, damage, or delivery issues after delivery to the forwarding service.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
- All BOGO promotions, or any item discounted 30% or more through sale pricing, discount codes, automatic discounts, are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- International orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped within 10 days of approval.
- Items must be unworn, include all original tags, and be returned with the original shoe box inside a protective shipping box.
- Eligible full-price U.S. orders receive one free size exchange. Domestic refunds are subject to a $10 return label fee.
- If STRAYE ships the wrong item or confirms a manufacturing defect, we will provide an appropriate remedy at our sole discretion.
